6.1.3. The user has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, if such a right is not limited in accordance with federal laws. 7. Responsibility of the Parties
7.1. The Administration, which failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, with the exception of cases provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Private Information, the Administration is not responsible if this private information:

7.2.1. Has become public before its loss or disclosure.

The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing or electronically about the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If not settled, the dispute is referred to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
